Annotation. This article attempts a fundamental revision of the key postulates of modern strategic management through the lens of a civilizational approach. The authors propose the scientific hypothesis that dominant Western management concepts in the global discourse, in particular the «Blue Ocean Strategy» (C. Kim, R. Mauborgne), are merely partial, mechanistic reconstructions of deeper and ancient existential strategies historically inherent to the nomadic peoples of Central Asia. In conditions of global turbulence (the BANI world), Western rational thought demonstrates signs of an epistemological crisis. For the first time, the concept of the «Institutional-Conservative Model "Golden Yurt"» is introduced into the scientific discourse. Based on an in-depth case study of TUMAR Art Group (Kyrgyzstan), it is argued that this model, founded on the principle of fundamental ambidexterity—the dialectical unity of a rigid value core («stand like a house») and absolute operational flexibility («fly like the wind»)—possesses a significantly higher potential for survival and development than linear strategies of the industrial era. The article positions Kyrgyz management as a sovereign scientific school offering solutions to the crisis of Western models.
