"IMAM AJAL-SARAKSII" MADARESE IS ONE OF THE MODERN MADARESES IN THE CITY OF OZGON

Annotation. This article presents information about the Imam Ajal-Saraksi madrasah in the city of Uzgen, the capital of the Uzgen district of the Osh region. In its time, Islamic sciences and world sciences were taught in mosques and madrasahs, which increased the literacy of the population in the region and contributed to the growth and development of the social, cultural, and economic life of society. Imam Saraksi was one of the leading scholars of the Hanafi school. He trained many students and many imams learned from him. Unlike other scholars, his strong knowledge and unparalleled works were highlighted. The author says that the madrasah named after this scholar employs highly educated and experienced teachers who adhere to the rules of Sharia and wear hijab. The main purpose of the madrasah is to provide conditions for the education and upbringing of young people who are capable of learning, by providing them with three hot meals a day, three kinds of food, accommodation, technical equipment, teaching aids, a library, and medical care necessary for learning in our time, by providing them with spiritual and national education to protect them from the ills of our century, such as tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and other evils, by awakening their human feelings, by supporting the children of single mothers and children from poor families, and by helping them receive moral and ethical upbringing.
