DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF FUTURE TEACHER BASED ON A COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH

Annotation. The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of developing the creative potential of future teachers within the framework of the competency-based approach. The concept of "teacher’s creative potential" is revealed, its structural components as well as the conditions and methods of its formation are identified. The necessity of introducing innovative educational technologies, project-based and research activities for the training of a new generation of teachers is substantiated.
