Annotation. The subject of this article is the analysis of the peculiarities of studying the Turkic world in schools in Kyrgyzstan. The article studies the issues of studying the culture and history of the Turkic world and reflects the policy of the state towards the problems of studying the Turkic world in the school curriculum. National ideology is a key issue in teaching the humanities, such as history and man and society, which is the basis for educating the younger generation. The main research method is a questionnaire survey of high school students in the city of Balykchy (KR). The article presents an analysis of the students' reaction to the Turkic world and its significance in their lives. The conclusions of this article can become the basis for the subsequent study of the issue of the importance and characteristics of teaching the history and culture of the Turkic world in the educational system of Kyrgyzstan.
